AI Privacy and Workflow at numiqo

numiqo processes AI requests with data minimization in mind. Content required for an AI feature is processed only to execute the specific request and is not permanently stored on our servers.

No permanent storage of personal data

After execution is complete, no personal content data from the AI request is stored on our servers. Processing is limited to generating the answer or explanation you requested.

Open-source models on our own servers

For AI features, we run open-source models on our own server infrastructure in Austria. Processing is therefore not handled through external AI platforms, but within an environment controlled by numiqo.

Processing under GDPR

Our AI processing is carried out in compliance with the GDPR. We use technical and organizational measures to process data only for the intended purpose, transparently, and only for the duration required for the respective execution.

Workflow of an AI request

1. You deliberately start an AI feature in numiqo through your own action.
2. Only the content required for that feature is sent to our AI server.
3. The open-source model processes the request on our server in Austria.
4. The generated answer is returned to numiqo.
5. Personal content data is not stored on our servers after execution.

No training with customer data

Content from AI requests is not used to train or permanently improve AI models. Processing remains limited to the specific request.

For organizations that also want to operate their own AI infrastructure, we can provide consulting on request for setting up secure workflows on their own servers or on dedicated numiqo infrastructure.
